Hi, I've observed this same thing sometimes. I haven't found out why.
I have modified event 0x10306, witch is generated by a cold start trap. I've changed it to generate an alarm. Event 0x10013 is also generated by I cold start trap, but I don't know the difference. If you find out something more, I'd appreciate you write to the list. Regards. James.
