Dear James, The modelled class is Switch-Router. Also we are getting alarms for other devices. We are facing theses issue on some of the devices.

Are your devices modeled as Pingable? If they are, it's normal. Because Pingable models (by default) don't get a critical alarm when they loose contact. If they are modeled as SNMP devices maybe your Spectrum is not working fine. Do you have any DEVICE STOPPED alarm for other models? Maybe you database is corrupt. Try to restart SpectroServer and/or save and restore your current SpectroServer Databse (from Spectrum Control Panel SCP). Regards. James.
