This is not the correct approach. The mysql (default) port is used by OneClick and ArchMgr, you'll have to change the settings for them
also. I also think that during the upgrades the .cnf file is overwritten and the same goes for OC.
The correct approach is to set the mysql port for BOXI during the
installation, because this is supported in the configuration process.
