Hi, It sound a SO problem. Witch Spectrum version are you running? Have you recently install any other application/patch in your windows server?
I'd try to reboot your windows. If it doesn't work, apply (again) last Spectrum HotFix. Sorry, I know I always recommend this, but it's a quick solution and usually works!!! Regards. James.
