Hi, Selecting Cisco IOS Device Family in Explorer panel, in Information -> Device Configuration Transfer Settings, you can change from SNMP/TFTP to Telnet/FTP. If your device supports also SSH, you'll have to change Cisco IOS SSH Device Family. In this case you can chose between SNMP/TFTP, Telnet/FTP or SSH/SCP.
Remember to configure also username and password to telnet the device and start FTP/SCP server with proper credentials. Regards. James.
