I checked the Support site and found: *Title: *Does SPECTRUM support 64 bit Operating Systems? (Legacy KB ID CNC TS29305 )
SPECTRUM 9.0 will install and run on 64-bit OS that are supported (listed above). However, they will run only as a 32-bit application and therefore will not take advantage of extra memory resources beyond what a 32-bit application of that platform allows. Spectrum 9.0 with Solaris x86 is not supported. CA plans to add support in Spectrum 10.0 to allow for 64 bit OS to be supported.
