Hi,

1) Check all points of failure:
- Double check you have configure TFTP server parameters in
Configuration Manager Information tab. And TFTP server is running in
your SpectroServer.
- Double check you have RW community for the device and the device
belongs to the right Device Family.
- Try to telnet to the device and run a manual copy run tftp.
- Use wireshark to monitor SNMP sets and TFTP transfer.
- While running a host config capture, monitor tftpboot folder to see
if file is created and it's growing.
- Check NCM_TFTP_Host attribute (in case your SS IP is NAT in the
device side). If SS has multiple NICs Spectrum uses primary NIC IP as
TFTP server.

2) For latency, you can use SPM. For utilization and errors you need
other tool: eHealth, QoS Voyant, CACTI...

Regards.
James.
