The returned value shows the curently active spectroserver
so if you have
primary          10
secondary1    20
secondary2    30
and you query the attribute and it returns 20 - then that means secondary2
is currently active.
Be careful of running like this as when it goes back to primary changes made
on secondary2 will be lost on next replication
