Service Pack 1 (aka 9.2.1) is not yet released or available. Once it's made available for download you'll want to review the accompanying release note for any special considerations before installing. In addition, you should determine the best recovery plan for your environment since service pack are not un-installable.
Available now, is hotfix patch H04 which will give you all accumulative fixes and enhancements to date for 9.2.0. We expect 9.2.1 to release early in the second half of this year.
