Nilam, CA Spectrum is notifing you that another application is trying to communicate with this device with an invalid SNMP community string, this is the cause for "Authorization failure trap received". About the suppressed interfaces, it seems to be Spectrum doesn't get to gather interface data. Maybe you could have udp dropped packets on this way.
