Hi All, I am getting desperate !!
Basically we have had spectrum for three years now and in all that time we have never been able to pick up the configs from devices (we only use Cisco) using I-VPN connections. I have worked with various teams to get this resolved, done firewall captures, opened up firewall rules totally, removed ACL's and via the 'IP tftp source command' directed to all routable interfaces and none of these work. When checking the firewall logs sometimes we see no outbound connections from Spectrum and when debugging on routers no SNMP traffic. Then sometimes we see the connection work and see the debug on the router but nothing comes back. We have checked IOS levels and possible bugs. I should say on some sites we can pick up the config from connected devices but not the router For reference we use a CheckPoint R65 firewall. This is now a major problem as we have expanded out IVPN base and some 200 Routers, Switches and AP's are not having configuration captured and thus leaving us vulnerable to outages when the device is not recoverable. So has anyone else faced the same issue or any ideas what this could be ?
