We run our Spectrum environment on RHEL and all the servers are configured with
rsync with key based authentication. I have scheduled scripts in cron which
synchronizes my primary server with backup server.

I do not synchronize all directories like $SPECROOT/custom/ehlth, as the
integration with eHealth is different on both the servers (one is Active and
another passive).

The sync command in my script looks like follows

rsync -va --exclude-from 'rsync-exclude-list' $SPECROOT/custom/*
spectrum@cabrsoc01n2:$SPECROOT/custom/"

[spectrum@cabrsoc01n1 ~]$ cat rsync-exclude-list
keystore
ehlth
svdsk

Subject: re:[spectrum] AW: Load balance or proxy OneClick Servers

How do you plan to syncronize One Click configurations and alarm definitions?
