It’s a service pack release. Because it is not a full product release you have to first have the base product of 9.2.0 installed.

You can download the DVD iso from support.ca.com A download from the CA FTP server is not possible. It seems that you have to choose the product “CA Spectrum Infrastructure Manager Standard Suite” to get the iso. The product “CA Spectrum Device Based Suite - MULTI-PLATFORM” doesn’t have the SP01 in the choose able list.
