Greetings, We upgraded our Spectrum environment to 9.2 SP1 this past weekend.
On Monday, when users started logging in, we noticed performance problems on our OneClick server. After about the 4th or 5th user logged into OneClick, the OneClick server would go to 100% CPU utilization (specifically the OneClickService.exe process). Per CA support, we migrated OneClick from an SSL connection to an http connection and it seems to be operating normally. This can only be a temporary solution in our environment. Has anyone else seen similar behavior? What, if anything, did you do to resolve?
