Hi all I have a question on getting data out of eHealth ... possibly using the DB API or SQL.
One of our clients wants to pull data from Spectrum and eHealth into a 3rd party reporting solution. The main reason is to consolidate reporting ... for example they would like the data from a Group Availability report (from SRM) and a Group Health report (from eHealth) presented in the same report for their customers. I know how to get the Spectrum data so the question I have is how to get the data - and "analysed data" in particular - from eHealth. For instance how can the data in a Health report be extracted from eHealth for use in a 3rd party tool. Can this be done using the DB API? Or using SQL? Or by some other mechanism? Or maybe it's not possible? Is there a manual that describes how to do this? Having spent a little time looking at this it seems SQL is a likely route so if that is the case I was wondering if anyone had pointers to specific tables that need to be accessed ... and are these documented?
