Hi Dan, You might want to try "counter delta" expression on a simple counter attribute such as ifInOctets, and an expression something like this:
COUNTER_DELTA( <attribute_name> ) == 0 And Threshold violated if value == FALSE This "should" tell you if you're not receiving traffic on that interface between polls.
