Altug,

Thanks for the suggestion but no joy at this time as the key exists correctly
(SPECROOT) and has the correct value. I have a case now open with support but
if you or the List have any other thoughts, they would be appreciated. Thanks
again.

Subject: RE: [spectrum] Oneclick/SRM and CABI/BOXI on same server:UPDATE

David,

You encountered a known error in Spectrum.

The issue is that during installation, sometimes registry keys were created
incorrectly.

I encountered this on Win 2008 standard 64-bit when trying to install all four
tiers on the same box.

Check the registry of your Oneclick/SRM box and locate the
HKLM/software/syswow64/Aprisma/Spectrum60 branch (may not be exactly correct
but essentially you need to locate Spectrum60 under HKLM). Check the keys to
see if there's one named "SP" pointing to your Specroot directory. If there's
one, you need to rename it to SPECROOT without altering its value.

Just for good measure, perform the same check on your SpectroServer if it's a
separate box.

Then you need to repeat OneClick/SRM installation from scratch.

The root cause is that, regkey is created early in the installation. If it is
incorrect, one customization script (named SRM something.cus) fails to execute,
leading to the issue you encounter.

When you correct the regkey and repeat the Oneclick/SRM installation, the above
mentioned script will execute correctly and you can configure your BO
Integration. Just be sure that you get an "install successful" message at the
end.

Let me know if you need further help :)
