I can confirm that CISCO-BGP4-MIB is NOT installed by default ;-)
I just had to install it into a fresh install of Spectrum 9.2.1.5 (Windows)

Just to bring closure to this item for future thread searchers, I have found my 
problem.

I do not believe the CISCO-BGP4-MIB is installed by default, but I may be 
incorrect on that.  At any rate, the problem was that there was no event 
associated with the stupid trap.  As soon as I assigned/created an event, 
everything worked as expected.  The 6/0 thing apparently does not matter.  I 
thought all the traps had events, but now that I know what to look for, I see 
that is not the case.

A simple fix for my noob mistake. I am glad that issue is resolved.
