Hello, after upgrading some Spectrum installations on Windows from H05 to H06 we noticed the same problem.
The whole Post-Install folder is missing. Has anybody contacted CA about this, yet ? However we also have some installations where the folder including the NewMM.pl plus its template file is existing after upgrading to H06, so it doesn't seem to be a general problem. Anybody tried copying the Perl-File plus the template ?
