You could write a rule on the event related to the device starting and have it
also generate the event code that Spectrum uses for unsolicited config pulls. I
believe the event code is 821029.

Subject: [spectrum] NCM - Save config when a Device is starting up

Hi all

I want to collect the Config of certain devices (which are in a GC or in a
container), not only when they have a ConfigChangeTrap sent, but also when
they are starting up.

That means, if a Device is responding to polls again, or “Management Agent
lost” is cleared, etc... the NCM should collect the Config of these Devices.

Does anybody know how to enable that?

Thanks for your help / ideas / implementation guides
Andy
