Hi everyone, I've got Spectrum 9.2 H03 installed on 3 Windows servers (1 SpectroServer, 1 OneClick and Report Manager, 1 BOXI). I've set Report Manager to purge all reporting data older than 90 days. When I look at OC Admin page - Report Manager - Spectrum status, everything seems ok, everything is green and all options are checked. Last event time is from 20 minutes ago.
The problem occurs when I open Report Manager (InfoView) and generate a report, for example, alarms (Top-N Devices and Models with the Most Alarms: All), for today. All other options are left as default. The report shows no alarms (No records found). The same occurs when I generate event reports. Asset report is showing data. When I generate alarms report (Top-N Devices and Models with the Most Alarms: All) for the last month I get around 950 alarms from which the numerous one occurred 5 times. I've checked few alarms/events (ECEditor) that were created today and they are all set to be stored in historical database. I've restarted Tomcat service on OC server, both Tomcat and Server Inteligence Agent on BOXI server. It didn't help... Do you have any idea what might be the problem?
