Hi, Primary Server Setup:-
1. Primary spectroserver, primary one click, and boxi in separate servers. Secondary Server Setup:- 1. Secondary spectroserver and one click in a same machine. Scenario:- When the primary spectroserver is failed. The devices are monitored by secondary spectroserver, and the events are cached locally by the secondary spectroserver. If i generate a report from the primary oneclick server when the primary spectroserver is down, it gives 100% availability for all devices, and also no alarms are showing in alarm report. How do i generate the exact reports when the primary spectroserver is down.
