In the project I'm on right now, the search criteria for a new custom NCM family simply disappeared when you saved! - so even worse than your situation. And yes you can change them after the family's populated otherwise wouldn't be much use to anyone! I've attached the release note so you can read the blurb - but this one's a fix to go on top of 9.2 Hotfix 06 - whereas it sounds like you're on H05 (aka 9.2.1)... I'm sure Support will sort you out when you open a ticket for it... We are on Spectrum 9.2.1 on RHEL and I am trying to edit a NCM Family as its criteria is outdated to include new devices, however Spectrum is not allowing me to do that.
