I may have mis-read Rob's original issue.  I thought he was going from a v1/v2 
model to a v3 model, in which case you can convert them since it is already an 
snmp model.

For pingable models to v3 models, yes, you have do destroy and re-add them.



You are correct, I am going from V1/V2 to V3.
