Good Morning Listers, I am trying to install Spectrum 9.2 SP1 over a current incident of 9.2.0. It seem to be hit and miss on this on different hardware platforms. (I am currently working on building a troubleshooting lab). Spectrum 9.2.0 is working perfectly on a Dell laptop (Server 2008 R2, Intel Core i5, 4GB RAM, 232 GB HD (211 GB Free)) When I attempt to install SP1, it will get about 40% and just freezes. (I attempted to let it run on its own overnight and no new progress) The last line I see on the installation log is: X Install-Tools/WEB-XML/policy-web.xml The next line that appears in a standard install of 9.2.0 is: Sending record for mm: jre-oc(OC) So it appears that it is freezing before it installs java 6.21. I had manually turned off all the services before attempting the upgrade. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
