Hello David,
I would setup SANM policy to filter the alarms and use that as the
method to create tickets.
You can also setup maintenance schedules for the models so you get no
alarms for the off hours, but then you might miss the critical alarms.

Subject: [spectrum] Filtering alarms from certain landscapes based on a
schedule.

All,

I'm looking to hide alarms from certain landscapes from certain users
based on a pre-set schedule.

Scenario:

Servicedesk team have visibility of all customer landscapes 24/7 and
access via the OneClick pointing to the Main Location Server
On-Site team only have visibility of the local customer landscape and
access via the OneClick on the customer landscape server.

I need to "hide" alarms on the customer landscape from the MLS top-level
One-Click during the hours the on-site team are operating as the Service
Desk users have no need to see them during that time.

Is this possible?

Thanks & regards

Dave
