Hi Ranga, You can use event pair.
If event X occurs and not followed by event Y in 10 minutes then generate event Z. Where X is the event responsible for alarm, Y is the alarm clear event and Z is the custom event which generates the alarm after 10 minutes. Hope this helps. Cheers...
