Hello Reba, In a remote poller environment, you can *only* integrate Spectrum with the eHealth Central Site. This will allow you to drill through into eHealth reports from Spectrum OneClick.
You must designate one of your OneClick Servers as the "Active" server (a.k.a. the "Integration Server"), and set any other OneClick Servers that you may have as "Passive" servers. You can also set your Remote Pollers to forward Live Exceptions traps to your Main Location Server, if you are using Live Exceptions.
