Hi, which version did you run? if 9.2.2 there might be an issue in the event definition. We had the same issue with logfile and script monitoring since 9.2.2 with 9.2.1 H07 everything works fine. So please check in the event tab that you get an event from the agent itself, if so then check the event rule or open a ticket at CA.
