[spectrum] Spectrum + ITPAM with BMC Remedy for open tickets

 Hi to all:

 I need integrate Spectrum with BMC Remedy from ITPAM for open tickets when a 
critical alarm appear.

  I have integrated SOI with Remedy but the Global Collection is not appear in 
the ticket information.

 Any suggestons?
