Hello all,

We have a strange problem about time stump (data of $DATE and $TIME variables)
at this moment.

We get an alarm message with an email via Notifier when an alarm raised.
But the time in $EVENTMSG shows one hour earlier than the actual time.
A time seen on OneClick console is correct.
A time seen in an email sent with a function button of OneClick console is also
correct.
But we get a wrong time stump only in an email via Notifier.

This problem has started at some time between at 20:00 on 27th October and at
04:00 on 28th October (JST).
We don't have any idea why this problem has occurred... We didn't do any
configration on our Spectrum or on our server machine at that time.

I've heard that the similar situation has occurred in US and that it will be
fixed if the summer time setting would be released.
I am not sure whether the problem on our Spectrum has related to summer time or
not, but we are NOT able to try to it because there is no function for setting
summer time on our server. (We don't have summer time in Japan.)

We need to fix it SOON. So I would like to let me know,
(1) Does anyone have(had) the same problem? Is the server used in US?
(2) Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
(3) Does anyone know the cause of this problem?
...I need to know what happend from 27th to 28th October(JST).

Then, our environment is as follows;
 Spectrum: 9.1J H01
OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise (with the latest Win-Patches)
 Timezone: JST (GMT +9 hours)
 Language: Japanese

I would be very happy if I could get any assistance.
Thanks in advance.
