Hi all, I have several devices discovered in spectrum with SNMPv3 and they work good, and the same devices are discovered in eHealth with the same credentials (i'm using snmp research for ehealth), but I have problems with some of these devices. When i want to generate a report (at-a-galnce, topN, ...)of these devices the statistics are empty, the performance dashboard is empty. The variables are present but without information. When i check with wireshark i can see the request and response but in ehealth is empty. When i discovered the devices in eHealth, alarmas are generated in spectrum (MANAGEMENT AGENT LOST) but in few second the alarms are cleared. Do you have any idea?Thanks in advance.
