The problem with the SANM solution is, that the alarm still will be created in Spectrum. The notifier will delay the escalation as eMail / ticket, but not the alarm creation in Spectrum!

Aging time will dictate the delay time you're looking for. If you want to delay the generation of alarms rather than their notifications, it's possible as well but a bit more complicated.
