We have an integration from Spectrum to BMC, where alarms from Spectrum are sent to BMC for processing and automatically open trouble tickets in Remedy. What I'm trying to do is pass the SNMP sysLocation field over to BMC, so that it can populate the "Location of Issue" field in Remedy. Just looking for somebody who can help me out with identifying and sending that sysLocation information from Spectrum via Notifier through the SetScript to BMC. Thank you!
