You'd have to do some customizations. Essentially, setup the southbound gateway toolkit, add it in Spectrum. Setup Sendmail and local delivery on the machine running SBG. Create a user, and as that user, setup procmail to kick messages matching that pattern to a script that parses the contents of the message and generates an SNMP trap.
