Hello, I have beginning to manage some IBM HOST (Z/OS), the tab´s interfaces suddenly was in white, and only the message "This model has no interfaces" is appearing
When I run the MibTool to get all information about the interfaces and I send a "get" to the device about If-Table (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2) and ifXTable (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1), whole information is picking up correctly and CACTI is recording all the information about this interfaces too. I put a sniffer in the SpectroServer, to compare the "polling" in this device with other that is working, and I don´t find anything different between both. I think the problem is an incorrect SNMP configuration in the Host, but the administrator ensure that everything is correctly. Somebody have a similar case? Regards!
