Hi All, Have you ever seen such a problem that the variables information of an event don't transfer to the next event. I have mapped OID to event A and based on the rule that i have defined in event A, a new event is triggered that generated the alarm. In the rule that i have defined, I have selected "copy all" to transfer all variables contents to the next event but when i see the alarm details there is no variable name and no variable data. If i generate the alarm directly from the first event (event A), I have all the variables and variable data in the alarm but when i define a rule and start another event to generate the alarm, No variable name and variable data. We have two landscape and this device is located in landscape 2. Just to add that when i save the changes in event configuration, I select save all and also i have done "update event configuration" in "Spectro Server Control" in each landscape too but none of them helped.
