You should be able to create a "Set Script" that runs an SNMP Set to save
the running config (described in
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/176806). Then create a SANM policy
that runs on this specific event code (you'll need to consult your One Click
to get the mapping of that tap OID to a SpecHex event code) and kicks off
the Set Script you created earlier. Not terribly hard (we did similar, back
when I helped manage a Spectrum buildout).

If you need help with this, CA support can point you to the right Spectrum
manual; if you need specific help writing it, JJ's organization (I forget
her last name, but JJ is awe-inspiring and stuff) has some pretty good
consultants for Spectrum who can setup a Professional Services engagement to
help you write and document the script.

Hope it helps,

Subject: [spectrum] STARTUP AND RUNNING CONFIGURATIONS ARE DIFFERENT

Hi,

We receive "STARTUP AND RUNNING CONFIGURATIONS ARE DIFFERENT" alarm for some
devices. I wonder if there is a way to save the "running configuration" of a
device throw Spectrum.

Thank you.

Regards,

Ferey
