[spectrum] Events Sincronization in the DB reporting

Hi guys, I have a problem:
In my Spectrum OC I can see all events was occurred the last week but when I
execute a report in Boxi, this events don´showed,
>From One Click Administration page I executed “Update Content” but the
result its same.
Are there any form to force replicate the events to Report database?
