The easiest way would be to modify the event to have an alarm level of
"None", and then use SANM to bind it to a SetScript/ClearScript.

Subject: [spectrum] Call a script after a trap is received

Hello all,

Is there a way to execute a script after a trap is received from EventDisp
file itself.

I do not want to raise alarm from the device model and then through Alarm
Notifier run the script.

Thanks,
