Hi All, Currently we are using sysedge to do our custom log monitoring, to look for errors. Sysedge works great, until you come up against a log that's not in ASCII format. We have a couple of apps that produce a UNICODE log files which sysedge can't handle. One is outputted as an excel log file, and the other is outputted as a word document. Can anyone share with us what they are using to monitor these types of UNICODE files?
