there is CA eHealth or  (better) CA Performance Center reporting about
over/underutilzed, unused&used ports/devices/systems, producing Performance
and CapMgmt relevant reports and Dashboards and graphs and other candy
stuff... But the best is, you don't need to run&watch a report, you'll be
notified (mail,trap,msg,...) if a port/switch/device is over/underutilized
or has anomalies, etc.. while analyzing the actual performance data.
