I am evaluating the possibility of integration of CA Spectrum with IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager (ITSRM) - for trouble ticket creation from CA Spectrum alerts/ alarms. I cannot find an OOTB integration mentioned anywhere in CA documents. Can someone put some light on this kind of Integration?
