Hermann, I had the same problem, and was solved on my acceptance server
But again some weeks back. Head is full of mist..... Currently struggling with all PKI, ASN procedures to get access to ASN...... I will check my documents tomorrow if I have written down the issue. But not sure As far I remember it had to do with the tomcat being started as root or spectrum system account, or some right of any tomcat files.
