I had the same problem, and was solved on my acceptance server

But again some weeks back.  Head is full of mist..... Currently struggling with 
all PKI, ASN procedures to get access to ASN......

I will check my documents tomorrow if I have written down the issue.   But not 
sure
As far I remember it had to do with the tomcat being started as root or 
spectrum system account, or some right of any tomcat files.

Anyone having problems to access tomcat/oneclick after upgrade to 9.3 H01 ?

We're having trouble to access MLS web after the upgrade in a DSS. Tried 
several restarts of processd and SS but errors are remaining the same. 
Sometimes webpage is not accessible at all (http timeout), sometimes "No 
Spectroserver available" after trying to login on webpage login prompt. No 
visible errormessages in catalina;VNM.out;LOCSERV.out; processd_log.

Same MLS landscape is accessible by using another Oneclick from another 
Spectrum Server. Just locally (OneClick on MLS) it does not work. Any 
troubleshooting tips ?
