[spectrum] Discard Thresholds for l2vlan inteface types

I've noticed in Spectrum that when I look at an l2vlan interface in 
Information->Thresholds and Watches, there are no Discard threshold values 
displayed. I see Discard thresholds for all other interface types listed by 
default. Why is it not there for l2vlan interfaces?
