Greetings Anyone out there using the IBM Netcool Spectrum 9 Corba based probe??
I am pulling out what little hair I have left trying to get the probe to recognize updates - specifically when an alarm has been "downgraded" to a symptom. In Netcool, the probe never processes this upgrade and the symptom alarms stay open in Netcool until Spectrum clears the alarm even though in OneClick the alarm is no longer displayed in the Alarm view.
