[spectrum] where to download spectrum patch, 9.2.H12

Hi to All,

 

I would like to ask where can I download the spectrum patch. I need 9.2.H12
patch file. I cannot installed the java 6.0_17 after installing the version
9.2. The error for Data1.cab has an invalid digital signature.
