Hello, If you navigate to the eHealth & Spectrum Certification Web Database Search tool at link http://ehealth-spectrum.ca.com/devices/html/search_sp.html, after selecting Spectrum as the Product, there will be another link for Device Self-Certification Overview. This is a PDF document giving you an overview of the out-of-the-box tools for self-certifying your devices. There is no need to use MTE these tools will do all the work for you.
