Correct, you will be able to upgrade to Spectrum 10.0 from 9.3 and 9.4. Spectrum 10.1 coming later this year will be a full release, we will support upgrade paths only from 9.4* and 10.0. Customers at 9.3 or earlier will not be able to upgrade directly to 10.1.
