Hi Kavi, list,

When just looking at the Cisco UCS fabric interconnects with Spectrum standard
capabilities, you can model them using plain snmp access. I would recommend
that before going to the next step.
There is an option to monitor UCS infrastructure in Spectrum using the CA
systemEdge agent enriched by the Cisco UCS AIM in between. Communication flow
would be as follows:
Spectrum <--snmp--> systemEdge/AIM --xml/https--> fabric interconnect

Betreff: [spectrum] Cisco UCS Monitoring

Hi All,

Did anyone tried monitoring the Cisco UCS blades in spectrum. I would like to
monitor the blades and the connectivity to the blades (both Physical and
virtual connections). Please let me know whether it is possible or not.

Please post your suggestions on this.

Thanks,
Kavi
